These terms apply when a person provides a mobile number and affirmatively agrees to receive text messages from Anytime Assist AI or the business specifically named beside the consent request.

Messages covered by consent

Depending on the form and business, messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, requested follow-ups, estimate or invoice notices, payment reminders and service information. Marketing messages require the level of consent required by applicable law and must be identified in the consent request.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive automated marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a number without checking an applicable consent box does not by itself authorize marketing texts.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP, HELP and other revocations

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. A person may also revoke consent through another reasonable method, including contacting the sending business. One non-marketing confirmation may be sent after an opt-out. No further automated texts should be sent unless the person later provides new consent.

Recordkeeping

The sending business should retain the consent language, source form, date, time, phone number and opt-out status. Consent records must be associated with the specific business and purpose described when consent was obtained.

Subscriber responsibility

Subscribers must use truthful sender identification, obtain and retain applicable consent, keep messages within the disclosed purpose, honor revocations promptly, maintain suppression lists and avoid uploading purchased or scraped phone lists.
