WEBSITE & ACCOUNT TERMS · UPDATED AUGUST 26, 2026

Terms for using Anytime Assist AI.

These terms govern use of anytimeassistai.com and its account portals. A paying Subscriber will also accept an Order Form and the Subscriber Service Agreement. If they conflict, the signed Order Form controls for that Subscriber.

Business use and eligibility

The service is designed for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose account you use.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding login credentials, promptly removing unauthorized users and ensuring invited users are authorized. You may not probe, misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to access another account or customer’s data.

Subscriptions and setup

Plan price, setup fee, included usage, overages, integrations and launch requirements are disclosed before purchase in the Order Form or checkout. Setup fees become non-refundable once configuration work begins unless the Order Form or applicable law says otherwise.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

Unless an Order Form states otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and are billed in advance. A Subscriber may cancel at any time by emailing shane.anytimeassistai@gmail.com from an authorized account address. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Completed setup work and a monthly period that has already started are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Communications and consent

Subscribers are responsible for lawful caller, recording, email and SMS consent and for communications sent under their business identity. If recording or transcription is enabled, the approved disclosure and consent workflow must be used. Opt-out and do-not-contact requests must be honored promptly.

Third-party services

Connected providers such as Twilio, Resend, Google and Stripe are governed by their own terms, charges and availability. A provider outage or account restriction may limit the related feature. Anytime Assist AI cannot promise the performance of an outside provider.

Service availability and emergency use

We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider failures, internet conditions and events outside our control can interrupt it. The service is not a 911, medical, safety or emergency-dispatch system and must not be the sole method for urgent communications.

Customer data

Subscribers retain responsibility for their customer records, scripts, instructions and legal basis for processing. Anytime Assist AI processes those records to provide, support and protect the requested service as described in the Privacy Policy and Subscriber Service Agreement.

Intellectual property

Subscribers retain their company names, logos, customer records and original content. Anytime Assist AI retains its platform, workflow designs, software, documentation, trademarks and improvements. Account access is a limited subscription right, not a sale of the platform.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse or material breach. When reasonably possible, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided.

Disclaimers

Automation may misunderstand a caller, produce an incorrect response or fail because of incomplete instructions or provider outages. Subscribers must review scripts, escalation rules and financial documents and maintain appropriate human oversight.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and any additional dispute terms for a paying Subscriber will be stated in the executed Subscriber Service Agreement.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Questions or cancellation requests may be sent to shane.anytimeassistai@gmail.com.
